I can't make my workshop, what can I do?

Cancelling more than two weeks in advance

No problem, let us know 2 weeks or more in advance that you will be unable to attend: you can reschedule or be fully refunded at no additional cost. â€‹

Cancelling less than two weeks in advance

If you have paid in full (rather than by non returnable deposit) 

You can still reschedule as a late booking within 2 weeks of a live date with a *75% discount (this is equivalent to our 25% non return booking deposit and goes towards the loss of the fee)

Occasionally we have a waiting list for that date and so can replace your fee, in which case you can reschedule as normal.

'No shows''

We regret that ''no shows'' or cancellation within 24 hours of a workshop do not qualify for a discount as we have no time to replace your booking fee from any waiting list.

*If you are booking with this discount you will need to email to pay for your new discounted as online prices are static.
